You can change your product’s access settings immediately, or set up a scheduled change for future events.

 

To change the product’s access settings now:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
  4. Select Change access
  5. Go to the Immediate tab
  6. Select a new access level from the drop-down menu

      Optional: 

  • change Download permissions via the checkbox

     7. Click Confirm to finish

To change the product’s access settings at a scheduled date:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
  4. Select Change access
  5. Go to the Future tab
  6. Select a start date from the Date field
  7. Select a new access level from the Access field

      Optional:

  • change Download permissions via the checkbox

     8. Click Schedule to finish
